We previously failed the company based on an article published in Bloomberg. A spokesperson was emailed in order to confirm that the company still covers travel expenses for its employees who travel outside their home states to obtain abortions. We did not receive a reply denying this policy was still in place. Since we have no reason to believe that company policy has changed, we are assuming that this information is still correct.

Specifically, the bill repeals and replaces provisions that define, for purposes of federal law, marriage as between a man and a woman and spouse as a person of the opposite sex with provisions that recognize any marriage that is valid under state law.

The company's own 17+ rating states that "sexual content and nudity" can be found in certain apps, etc. BRI Institute was easily able to find photography and graphic illustrations of nudity and sexual content on itunes.com.
